Batik Villa NIKKI Resort Peucang Island presents a charming octagonal bamboo retreat featuring a spacious king-size bed and a unique open-air bathroom concept. Nestled directly along the beach, each Batik villa sits just 10 meters above the high tide line, offering uninterrupted views of the sea.
The bamboo walls of every Batik villa are intricately carved with traditional batik motifs, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the surrounding scenery while enjoying the gentle ocean breeze indoors.
Most furnishings, including sofas, beds, showers, and tables, are crafted from eco-friendly materials such as bamboo, wood, or stone. Each Batik villa boasts its own private gazebo, affording guests the same breathtaking panorama of white sandy beaches and tranquil turquoise waters, occasionally graced by the presence of wild deer passing by. Term and Condition
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all services at NIKKI Peucang Resort. By making a reservation and full payment, the Clients expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and intend to be legally bound by them. NIKKI Peucang Resort reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Rates
- Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah.
- Room rates are not included taxes and service charge, unless otherwise specified.
- Room rates are not included Taman Nasional Ujung Kulon tickets.
- Batik Villa rates are inclusive breakfast for 2 persons/room/night.
- Angklung Villa rates are inclusive breakfast for 5 persons/room/night. The Clients can start the day energetically with breakfast pleasure at our NIKKI Cafe between 07.00am – 10.00am.
- The prices indicated are per room with 2 persons for Batik Villa or 5 persons for Angklung Villa and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified.
- Additional services are optional, unless specifically selected as part of the booking.
- Special group rates are available, please contact sales@nikkipeucang.com. Please note that special group rates are indicated for a reservation of minimum of 10 rooms per period.
- Rates may change without prior notice.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Extra bed will be charged for the 3rd person for Batik Villa. Please note that maximum of
extra bed is one in each room. - Extra bed rates are inclusive breakfast for 1 person.
- Transportation services are available to be additional charge.
- NIKKI Peucang Resort reserves the right to charge any additional charges and any items
missed from the invoice at a later date.
RESERVATION
All reservations can only be confirmed after booking form as well as terms and conditions are signed with full-prepayment at least one day before arrival. NIKKI Peucang Resort reserves the right to cancel all reservations if payment conditions are not upheld.
- 30% deposit of total invoice upon signing of confirmation letter as guaranteed blocking.
- Deposit is non-refundable.
- Reservation can be changed with prior notice.
- Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Early check-in depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Late check-out also depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The cost of late check-out up to 18:00 is 50% from the room rate and check-out after 18:00 will be charged as one night stay.

- 20% charge of the invoice if change a reservation is made within 3 (three) days before the arrival. No charge of the invoice if change a reservation is made within 4 (four) days before the arrival. The new reservation date will only be accepted for processing if no more than six months from the time the deposit is received.
- 50% charge of the invoice if the cancellation is made within 3 (three) days before the arrival.
- 100% charge of the invoice if the cancellation is made within 1 (one) day before the arrival.
- 100% charge of the invoice if the cancellation is made within 3 (three) days before the arrival. only during Lebaran, Christmas and New Year Period.
- If the Clients do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which the Clients booked to arrive (no show), the Resort will charge full payment of the invoice.
- For any cancellation made before the Resort cancellation policy, the Resort will refund the Clients payment except 20% charge of the invoice and bank administrative fee. Refund will
take approximately 30 working days. - Please note that the Client checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the Resort will
charge full payment of the invoice.
CHILD POLICY
- Guest under the age of 12 years are considered child.
- No extra charge for child without additional bedding.
- Maximum number of children sharing room with parents is one for Batik Villa or two for Angklung Villa, unless otherwise specified.
- No breakfast served for child under 12 years old.
- Regular adult meals charges applied for child above 6 years old.
- Minimum check in age for stay alone child is 14 years old.
- No baby cot available.
